Synesthesia means the merging of several senses into one.
Specifically, I am a visual synaesthetic, that is, I "see" the other senses with abstract representations, especially hearing.
The interesting thing is that what I see mentally and how it modulates over time, reflects the laws of acoustic physics only in visual form.
